Just a few lines to say Sally is still doing well with us and proving a lovely pet. My wife just cannot believe how well she has bonded with me. She would happily spend all her time sat on my knee and tries to lure me to the armchair (providing she is not hungry). I sometimes get the impression she is less than pleased when she does'nt get her own way. Perhaps a touch of the 'madams'? She also does not like being separated from us at night to sleep on her own. Given a chance I am sure she would try to sleep on the bed with us! I even get the occasional hiss when she knows I am taking her to her to her night basket in the kitchen. She settles down okay once there.
Sally is okay with the garden and rarely wanders far from it. At the moment she is happy to sit watching the birds feed though I worry for their future chicks. The local sparrowhawk scared her last week when it caught a bird near her.
