Lucky - adopted November 2009
Some of you may remember meeting lovely Lucky, our little 3-legged girl that was featured on our SOS page for some time. We were really delighted to hear from Lucky's new owners and to receive these photos.
As you can see, Lucky seems very relaxed and contented and has settled in very well. She has a problem with her tail now and again as it seems to have a life of its own and she gets a bit a angry when it flaps around and try's to bite it. I think it may be some over active nerves effected by the missing leg. She is very lively and runs up the stairs in a flash. Now and again she will react if she is stroked to much on the body and gets over exited. So we are on a learning curve with the do`s and don't`s.
She is very affectionate and gets a lot of love back.
