Just a quick message to let you know that Lenny (used to be Dude) is doing very well in his new home. Back in April we rescued two cats (Beau and Ripley) from the shelter but unfortunately in July our beautiful cat Beau was hit by a car. It was a very distressing time, especially for Ripley, as they had been pretty much inseparable. We decided in September that it was only fair for Ripley to have a new companion and found a very cute, lively cat at the shelter called Dude. He was renamed Lenny and settled in from the word 'go'. Ripley was a little dubious at first but now they get on well. She seems alot happier now she has a new brother. Lenny is quite a character, loves to play (especially good at nibbling feet!), and fits in well with all of us. We are all very happy to have him.
