Tilly came to the shelter when her owner sadly passed away.
Tilly is understandably a little sad at the moment, but we hope with some love and time, she will be a content kitty once more.
Tilly spent most of her days with her elderly owner sat on the back of her chair while they watched TV or did a puzzle together. Tilly lived as an indoor cat with this lady and enjoyed a quiet life.
Tilly isn’t keen on other cats and hasn’t been around children or dogs so would be best going on to an adult only home.
At the moment, Tilly is a hefty 6.7kg!! Which means she is terribly overweight. Tilly is in need of dentistry and a small procedure to remove an extra little toe, but at the moment putting her under anaesthetic would be too risky for her.
For this reason, we need someone who is willing to keep Tilly to a strict feeding and gentle exercise routine in order to help her lose weight, so that she can have her procedures and feel tip top again! (Please note, the shelter will cover the cost of her dentistry with Highfield vets when she is healthy enough to have the work)
Tilly is a sweet lady who now needs a new loving companion to spend time with.
