Poppy is a very sweet girl who is looking for her forever home.
Poppy has recently had her thyroid gland removed, but has recovered, and her health should greatly improve because of this. As a result of this Poppy will need to have blood tests on a 6 monthly basis, and you can always have a chat to a member of staff in more detail about this should you wish to pursue adopting her.
Poppy is a friendly and playful girl, but can sometimes get a bit over stimulated, and because of this, we feel she would be best in an adult / adult and teenager only home. She is incredibly sweet though and loves human attention. She would need to be the only cat in the household, and we don’t know how she would be with dogs.
Poppy is an outdoor cat, so when she is ready, she would like to have a wander around her home. Because of this, she would need to go to a home that is not near any main or busy roads.
If you are interested in adopting Poppy, please visit the shelter on Wed and Fri 1:30pm - 3:00pm or Sat and Sun 1:00pm - 3:30pm
