We are looking or a loving forever home for Nancy.
When Nancy arrived at the shelter, her fur was matted and she was underweight. After veterinary investigation it was found that she is almost completely deaf. She also has kidney issues, meaning that she will be a long-term foster cat and would need to be indoor only. She would also need to be the only cat in the household.
Nancy has a loving nature and loves nothing better than being fussed and would need a family that is around during the day to give her the attention that she needs and deserves.
Whilst Nancy is only 10 years old her life so far has been a difficult one and this has weighed a heavy burden on her body and means she need a loving home where she can live out her remain time in a happy and relaxing place.
Nancy’s kidney problems are currently being managed by a Kidney Diet and is currently on no medication, but would need a family who are willing and able to give her the medication and regular veterinary checks ups to ensure that her health is monitor in accordance with veterinary advice. Through the Long Term Fostering Process, The Sheffield Cats Shelter will pay for the vet visits and medical treatments that Nancy needs.
