Mac and Morgan
Mac and Morgan are two very cuddly brothers (who are almost identical!) who are looking for their forever home, after their owner was sadly no longer able to care for them.
Mac and Morgan can be very shy when they are in a new place. After lots of love and reassurance though, they really do come out of their shells, and have even taken to being lap cats if the staff sit down for a moment!
Mac and Morgan have a funny little quirk of giving you little love nibbles when you fuss them- these are gentle and not malicious in any way, but may appear odd to new cat owners.
Morgan has been diagnosed with a heart condition….. Although you’d never guess it! He is no different to his brother and is just as active and lovely! He requires daily medication and monitoring regularly with the vet (around 6 monthly, unless the vet suggests otherwise). Due to this condition, he will be re-homed as a Long Term Foster cat, which means he would go and live with his new family (and his brother of course), but The Shelter would continue to pay for the cost of his medication and veterinary visits relating to his condition. Mac would still be adopted as usual, and would not be separated from Morgan, as you can see, they are very bonded!
Because of Morgan’s heart condition, it would be best that they go to a quiet, calm home with no young children, no dogs, and no other cats. They would like to be able to have a wander outside, but would need to be a good distance from main or busy roads.
