Enzo is a sweet boy who came to The Sheffield Cats Shelter when his owners could no longer care for him.
Enzo had to have one of his legs removed when we was younger, so is now without a left, front leg. He has been used to this for quite a while though so is fine within himself!
Enzo does seem to like human company, giving you a few hello “mrows” when you visit, and enjoying a few snuggles. However, he does mostly enjoy just chilling in his bed, and isn’t a big fan of lots and lots of fusses, preferring them on his own terms. He is a lovely laid back older boy who we think would make a great companion for someone- so we think it would be best for him not to be left alone for too long.
Enzo may need scans of his heart in the future, so his forever family would need to be committed to taking him to these, just to make sure that everything is still working as it should.
We are yet to mix Enzo with other cats at The Shelter, and do not know how he would be with dogs. He would be fine with older, sensible children, who understand that he may not always want to play. He has been used to being able to go outside, so would need to go to a home that isn’t near main or busy roads.
If you are interested in adopting Enzo, please visit the shelter on Wed and Fri 1:30pm - 3:00pm or Sat and Sun 1:00pm - 3:30pm
