Jason and Chidi

These handsome boys were sadly abandoned on the streets.

They are understandbly quite confused as to why they are in the shelter and are quite shy right now. Jason seems to be the most inquisitive of the two an dlikes to play and will even snuggle up on a lap, while Chidi is a gentle giant and comes out to play as well, but is more of a scaredy cat.

In their foster home they have quickly made great progress and have started to come out for playtime and fusses, though they are still nervous about new people.

We think these boys could be adopted together or seperately. We don’t know how they would be with dogs or children, knowing very little about their past.

They may appreciate having the choice to go outside when they are settled in.

If you could give a lovely home to these black beauties, please get in touch.

Tahani

This beautiful girl was sadly abandoned on the streets along with 3 other cats.

Tahani is understandbly quite confused as to why she is in the shelter and is quite shy right now, but she love treats, especially lickelix!

We hope that given time in a home she will be able to relax and come out of her shell.

We don’t know how she would be with dogs or children, knowing very little about her past, but due to her shy nature, a quiet home may be best.

She will appreciate having the choice to go outside when she is settled in.

If you could give a lovely home to this black beauty, please get in touch.

Domino

Domino came to us when there were allergies in the family of her last home.

Domino is a lovely cat, but currently she is a bit sad and very stressed. She has been used to a home environment for all 3 years of her life after moving through a shelter, which is a bit scary and daunting, now on to a foster home, she needs lots of TLC and patience to ensure she is the happiest cat she can be.

We hope we can find her a home soon.

She will need a pet free home, she doesn’t mind older children if they are kind and gentle with her, and she enjoys going outside when the weather is fine.

If you could give Domino a wonderful home, please get in touch.

Joy

Joy really does live up to her name! She is an absolute joy and delight to be around. She really enjoys having company and has turned into a real lap cat.

Joy was sadly locked in a wicker basket and left on the street. Despite this, she still loves us humans!

We know nothing of Joy’s past, but she has shown her lovely personality while being at the shelter with us.

Joy is friendly and pretty confident too. She enjoys fuss and will give you plenty of gentle warning if she’s had enough or you’ve gone on too long!

We aren’t sure if Joy has been allowed outside before, but she enjoys looking out of the window so she may like to.

We aren’t sure how she would be around young children, but she may be ok around older children who have had cats before and know not to be too noisy and leave her be when she wants her down time. She doesn’t like other cats and we aren’t sure she would be keen on dogs either, she does like to be the centre of attention.

Joy certainly likes her food and is very clever! Having bossed all of her cat puzzle feeder challenges, she holds the crown for fasted problem solver! (You can view her smarts in action here!)

Raf

Raf is a wonderfully affectionate boy!

Unfortunately, he was involved in an accident and his tail had to be amputated. This doesn’t seem to bother him in the slightest, however he may always have some nerve damage in that area, which means sometimes he struggles with toiletting, and will need his new owner to keep an eye on his diet to make things easier for him.

He is still super friendly and affectionate, loves his food and enjoys lap time too.

We are looking for a home with lots of love and people to give attention to this charming boy.

We think he could be ok with sensible children. We know he isn’t good with other cats, but don’t know about dogs.

He does enjoy going outside, so a home away from main or busy roads is a must.

If you have the perfect home for Raf, please get in touch!

The Lionesses

These gorgeous kitties came into the shelter after living in a garden with their mum since birth.

All of these kitts have had a rough time, firstly being born outside and then having cat flu when they arrived (thankfully they are over it now). So we are now looking for homes for them.

Originally 7 in the litter, 4 of these kitties were rehomed to separate lovely new homes where their owners are very patient and understanding, and don’t have high or unrealistic expectations of them, and they have already made brilliant progress. (One of them, Kelly, is even a shoulder cat now!)

We think that with the same time and patience, these kitties will come around too. Another friendly cat in the home would also really help to show them the ropes, and they do like being around other kitties!

Lauren and Chloe seem to be bolder around humans so could settle in to a home environment, again, with little expectation of them, and with another friendly cat to show them the ropes, they should come on very quickly. Alex is a shy lad, but a gentle chunk! He can also be won over by toys if he’s feeling brave. He is the snuggliest boy with his fosterer!

If you feel you could give the ideal home to one or a couple of these cats, please get in touch.

Bonno

Bonno came to us when his owner’s circumstances changed.

Bonno is a big boy with a big heart an even bigger purr! He is very affectionate and friendly and really wants to find a home with a new family very soon.

Bonno is quite a laid back boy when settled. He would like a home with no other cats or dogs, and he is ok with older children as long as they respect his boundaries and are kind to him.

Bonno would love to be able to go outside again in his new home, so a home away from busy/main roads would be best.

If you would like to give a home to this big, beautiful boy, please get in touch.
